WebbiteEvents
Overview
Every account has an activity log that records events that happen in the account — everything from the account being created to a subscription changing. Every event type described below is logged automatically and can be viewed on the Events page under the account's settings.
Event types
Account
| Event | Description |

account.created | A new account was created, for example via "Add Account" or automatically at sign-up. |
account.updated | The account's name was changed on the Settings page. |
account.deleted | The account was permanently deleted. |
account.left | A member left the account voluntarily. |
account.ownership_transferred | Ownership of the account was transferred to another member via "Make owner...". |
Users / Team

Invitations
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
invitation.created | An invitation was sent (or resent) to join the account. An invitation email is sent to the recipient. |
invitation.accepted | The recipient accepted the invitation and joined the account. The person who originally sent the invitation is notified by email. |
invitation.rejected | The recipient declined the invitation. The person who originally sent the invitation is notified by email. |
invitation.deleted | A pending invitation was withdrawn before it was accepted or rejected. |
Subscription & Billing

account.entitlement_changed | The account's plan or add-on quantities changed — for example on upgrade, downgrade, an add-on quantity change, or a sync with the payment provider. |
account.subscription_canceled | The subscription ended — either because the account was downgraded to Free, or because the payment provider reported the subscription had ended (e.g. after repeated failed payments). |
account.discount_applied | A discount code was applied to a live subscription. |
account.subscription_payment_issue | The payment provider reported a payment problem, and the subscription is past due or paused. |
OAuth2 / OIDC Clients

oauth2_client.created | A new OAuth2/OIDC client was registered for the account. |
oauth2_client.updated | A client's settings (name, description, redirect URIs, scopes, active/public status) were changed. |
oauth2_client.deleted | A client was deleted. |
oauth2_client.secret_regenerated | A client's secret was regenerated, invalidating the old one. |
Good to know
Removing a user, or a user leaving an account on a per-seat subscription, automatically syncs the seat count with the payment provider in the background. This doesn't generate a separate event of its own in the log.
