Account Invitations #

This is the help page for the Invitations page under an account's settings (shown as the "Invitations" tab in Account HQ). These are the account's outgoing invitations — different from the personal Invitations page, which shows invitations you've received yourself.

Here admins and owners see invitations sent to invite new users to the account.

Columns #

• Email
  The email address the invitation was sent to.
• Role
  The role the invitee will get upon accepting. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Status
  The invitation's status: Pending, Accepted, or Expired. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Expires
  The date the invitation stops being valid. Hidden on smaller screens.

Actions #

• Invite User
  Opens a dialog for inviting a new user by email and role (User or Admin). Requires that you've set your own name in your profile.
• Resend invitation...
  Resends the invitation. Not available if the person is already an active user in the account.
• Withdraw invite...
  Withdraws a pending invitation so it can no longer be accepted.

The number of invitations you can send may be limited depending on the account's plan.
