Accounts #

This is the help page for the Accounts page in Account HQ.

Here you see every account you're a member of, can create new accounts, and switch between them.

Columns #

• Name
  The account's name. Click the name to open the account's settings. The account you're currently using is marked with a "Current" badge.
• Plan
  The account's subscription plan. Owners of Free-plan accounts see an Upgrade badge; owners of paid accounts see a Manage badge.
• Your role
  Your role in the account: User, Admin, or Owner. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Users
  The number of users in the account. Hidden on smaller screens.

Actions #

• Add Account
  Creates a new free account. Name is optional. Limited to three free accounts per user.
• Edit
  Opens the account's settings (Settings).
• Billing, Users, Invitations, OIDC clients, Events
  Shortcuts to the respective tab for the selected account.
• Upgrade
  Only available to owners of Free-plan accounts.
• Switch to account
  Switches your active account to the selected one.
• Downgrade...
  Downgrades the account's plan. Only available to owners, and not if the account is already on the lowest plan.
• Leave account...
  Leaves the account. Not available to owners, or for the account you're currently using.
• Delete account...
  Permanently deletes the account. Only available to owners.
