Billing #

This is the help page for the Billing page in Account HQ.

Here you see the account's subscription and can manage its payment method, add-ons, and downgrades. The page also has a Transactions tab (billing history).

Columns #

• Product
  The name of the subscription's product or add-on.
• Quantity
  The number of units of the product/add-on. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Unit Price
  The price per unit. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Status
  The subscription's status, e.g. Active, Trialing, Paused, or Canceled.
• Renewal
  The date of the next billing charge. Hidden on smaller screens.

If a discount is active it's shown in a separate table with its code, validity period, and status.

Actions #

• Update Payment Method
  Opens Paddle's page for updating the payment method. Requires the Owner role.
• Payment Method (row menu)
  Same as above, from a row's context menu.
• Manage... (add-ons)
  Opens a dialog for adjusting the quantity of an add-on, such as extra storage or user seats.
• Remove add-on
  Removes an add-on from the subscription.
• Downgrade...
  Downgrades the plan to a lower tier. Takes effect immediately.
• Cancel subscription
  Opens Paddle's page for canceling the subscription. The plan remains active until the end of the current period.

Only the account's Owner can manage the payment method, add-ons, and the subscription.
