OIDC Clients #

This is the help page for the OIDC Clients page in Account HQ.

Here you manage OAuth2/OIDC clients for the account — applications that can use Webbite for sign-in or access to the account's data.

Columns #

• Name
  The client's name and optional description. Click the name to edit the client.
• Type
  Public or Secret, depending on whether the client has a client secret. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Used by
  The number of users who've granted the client access. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Status
  Active or Inactive. Hidden on smaller screens.
• Created
  The date the client was created. Hidden on smaller screens.

Actions #

• Add client
  Creates a new OIDC client. Requires the Admin or Owner role.
• Edit
  Opens the client for editing.
• Recreate client secret
  Generates a new secret for the client; the old one stops working immediately. Not available for public clients or the User role.
• Delete client...
  Permanently deletes the client. If the client is already used by users, confirming requires typing DELETE. Not available to the User role.
